A. Account Information
When you create or use an account, we may collect:

We do not ask for or intentionally collect:

- physical address

When you use the app, we may collect:

D. Billing Information
If you purchase a subscription, payment is processed by Apple through your Apple ID account. We do not collect or store your full payment card information. We may store subscription status, entitlement state, and billing-related usage information needed to manage access to the service.

- provide voice practice sessions and reports
- generate transcripts and communication feedback
- store your session history and progress

4. Audio and Voice Data
Megafon.ai is a voice-based training app, so audio processing is a core part of the service.
A. Audio Processing
Voice audio is processed to power live conversation practice, generate transcripts, and create feedback reports. Audio may be transmitted securely to our infrastructure and service providers, including Firebase services, for this processing.
B. Temporary Storage and Deletion
Audio files are stored temporarily and deleted after processing is complete, subject to limited short-term operational retry or backup windows where applicable.
C. Retained Content
We may retain:
- transcripts
- conversation messages
- ratings and feedback
- generated reports
- session history
This information is retained so you can review past sessions and track your progress over time.
D. No Biometric Identification
We do not use voice recordings for biometric identification, biometric authentication, or voiceprint profiling.
5. Third-Party Services
We use third-party service providers to operate the app. These providers process only the data needed to perform their services.
A. Google / Firebase
We use Firebase services for:
- authentication
- database storage
- temporary file storage
- analytics
- AI-related processing used by the app
B. Apple
We use Apple services for:
- App Store billing and subscription management
- Sign in with Apple
- Apple Push Notification service (APNs)
C. Google Sign-In
If you choose Google Sign-In, Google may provide us with your account identity information, such as your email address and display name.
D. Additional Services
The current mobile build does not include third-party crash-reporting tools such as Sentry or Crashlytics.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to operate the app, maintain your account, provide session history, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or de-identify your personal data as required by applicable law, subject to any legal retention obligations.

- access to your personal data
- correction of inaccurate data
- deletion of your personal data
- information about how your data is used

- manage notification permissions in your device settings
